We had a wonderful stay with good-sized rooms for families, clean bathrooms, and a filling breakfast. The hotel's location is easily accessible with great river views. The staff was accommodating, providing a guarded private parking lot, English-speaking check-in, and even allowed us to check out late during the busy Eid period.

Great Location and Parking. The hotel is located in a convenient place with easy access to major transportation routes. The parking lot offers ample parking space with attendants always available to guide you. The sound of the river was so relaxing, it put us in a good mood.

Unpleasant smell of water and Limited Amenities. The water had an unpleasant odor which made the washroom uncomfortable to use.

The hotel had a great location, right on the main road with easy access to nearby attractions. The food served was amazing and the room service was top-notch. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the view of the river was exceptional.

The parking space was limited and guests had to hand over their keys to the staff to facilitate parking. Additionally, the bathroom had a persistent odor that made it uncomfortable to use. It was also disappointing that there was no warm water available.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the main road and a beautiful view of the river. the breakfast spread was hearty and frequently replenished, and the room sizes were spacious enough for families. the bathrooms were clean and basic toiletries were provided.

The hotel had a noticeable smell in the water and limited parking space, which made it a little uncomfortable to use the washroom, and difficult to park the vehicle.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location, right in front of the river, was simply breathtaking. The sound of the water flowing was so soothing and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the view of the Swat River was absolutely mesmerizing. The hotel staff spoke excellent English and provided top-notch service, including room service and car hire. The housekeeping was impeccable, and they even offered grocery shopping services. We also appreciated the amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and the mini-bar. we had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel.
